Lamb with mushroom sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, lean bacon strips (a 250 g), seasonal sauce cream-brandy with mushrooms (46 g), butter, dried thyme, lamb chops (dish of 4 pieces, approx. 250 g), potato croquettes ( freezer and 450 g).
Eat green beans and cook until tender in 8 minutes.
Fry bacon strips in frying pan and drain on kitchen paper.
Prepare sauce with half of butter in the saucepan according to the instructions for use.
Baste bacon strips and thyme by stirring sauce.
Heat residual butter in frying pan.
Pour salted and peppered chops and brown in 5 min.
And rosé on the inside.
Potato croquettes for 4 minutes at 175 ºC frying.
Serve chops with sauce, potato croquettes and green beans..
