Noodle salad with minced beef, vegetables and peanut butter dressing
Quick salad of noodles with sugarsnaps, cabbage, minced beef and a dressing of vinegar, honey, soy sauce and peanut butter.

Cook the sugarsnaps for 5 minutes and drain. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the mince with the sambal on high heat in 3 min. Golden brown and cooked.

Add the noodles and cook for another 2 minutes.

In the meantime, put the peanut butter, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce and the water in a saucepan and heat for 4 minutes on a medium heat.

Mix the mince-noodle mixture with the sugarsnaps and pointed cabbage and drizzle with the peanut butter dressing.
