Stir-fried steak with vegetables


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steak, cornstarch, dry sherry, stir-fry oil, fresh ginger root (grated), garlic (pressed), onion (in coarse pieces), red pepper (in pieces), snow peas (halved), light soy sauce , oyster sauce and sesame oil.

Directions

  1. Cut the steak into thin slices.
  2. In the bowl, dissolve 1/2 el cornstarch with 1 tbsp sherry.
  3. Place slices of meat through them and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat up in wok oil until it starts to smoke.
  5. Meat on high heat already shoveling in 2-3 min.

  8. stir-fry.
  9. Add onion, peppers and snow peas and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
  10. Add 2-3 tbsp water to vegetables and let it cook until 2-3 min.
  11. In a bowl loosen maizena with 2 tbsp sherry, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
  12. Fry sauce and meat through vegetables and heat for 1-2 minutes until sauce is lightly bound.
  13. Delicious with egg noodles..
