A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fruity red wine, cinnamon, sugar, eggs, split (yolks are not used), Kanelly's (biscuits and aa 150 g).

Bring wine with cinnamon and sugar to the boil. Sugar with stirring and stirring completely for 1 min. Allow wine syrup to cool.

In fat-free bowl of egg whites with hand mixer or whisk until firm. Add a dash of wine syrup and beat it. Continue to beat until syrup is completely absorbed and protein is so stiff that it forms peaks. Create the bluff in four high sections and put in cinnamon biscuits. Serve immediately.
