Dessert of the barbecue: grilled pear with cardamom, Greek yogurt, pistachios and almond biscuits.

Directions

  1. If you use the barbecue, plug it in already. Peel the pears, halve them and remove the core with the melon scoop.
  2. Clean the lemon. Grate the zest of the lemon. Mix the yogurt with the cardamom and honey.
  3. Chop the pistachio nuts coarsely. Break the biscuits into 3 to 4 pieces.
  4. If you do not use a barbecue, heat the grill pan. Grill the half pears in the grill pan or on the barbecue for 5 minutes.
  5. Make sure they get nice grill stripes everywhere.
  6. Divide the grilled half pears over the plates, spoon a spoonful of yogurt, sprinkle with the pistachio nuts and insert a few pieces of biscuit.
