Vanilla pudding with fresh fruit sauce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: filo puff pastry (frozen), butter (melted), powdered sugar, almond shavings, redcurrants, strawberries, liquid (vanilla) honey, fresh mint (finely chopped) and vanilla pudding (with redcurrant sauce (500 g)).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the sheets of filo pastry on top.
  3. Brush the sheets with the butter and sprinkle with the icing sugar and the almond shavings.
  4. Bake in 8-10 minutes until they are brown and crispy.
  5. Keep a few sprigs of berries aside and prune the rest of the fruit.
  6. Stir the honey through the fruit and bring it to a boil in a saucepan.
  7. Remove the fruit mixture directly from the heat and stir in the fresh mint.
