Crumble 10 mini syrup waffles. Divide half of the crumbs over four tall glasses.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar in a fat-free bowl until stiff and foamy. Continue to beat until you can keep the bowl upside down without the foam falling out. Add the berry juice in pieces.

Spread the pink foam over the cookie crumbs and sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over the top. Serve with the other syrup waffles.
