Gratinated rhubarb
Delicious and easy dessert au gratin rhubarb. Nice served in small oven dishes.

Wash the rhubarb in plenty of cold water and let the rhubarb drain well. Put the rhubarb in a pan, add 4 tbsp of the sugar and bring everything to the boil.

Turn down the heat and cook the rhubarb for about 10 minutes until done. If necessary, allow excess moisture to evaporate.

In the meantime, preheat the oven grill. Stir in the crème fraiche. Divide the rhubarb over the dishes, spoon the crème fraîche on it and sprinkle the rest of the sugar over it.

Place the dishes on the grid 10 cm below the grill element in the oven and let the sugar caramelise very lightly. Serve immediately.
