Hanging with sesame caramel and pear
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: yoghurt, butter, sesame seeds, sugar, hand pears (in pieces) and lemon juice.

Place clean tea towel in colander and place colander in bowl.

Pour the yoghurt into the tea towel and let it drain in approx.

8 hours.

Shortly before serving in pan with thick soil, heat butter.

Add sesame seeds and bake golden brown in a few minutes.

Add sugar and 1 tbsp water and melt sugar on low heat without stirring.

Pan shake now and then.

Turn the fire a little higher and heat sugar syrup until caramel colored.

Take a pan of fire.

Distribute the hanging over four bowls.

Carefully pour caramel sauce over it and let it harden.

Drizzle the pear with lemon juice and spread over small bowls..
