                            Hanging with sesame caramel and pear
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: yoghurt, butter, sesame seeds, sugar, hand pears (in pieces) and lemon juice.

                                Place clean tea towel in colander and place colander in bowl.

                                Pour the yoghurt into the tea towel and let it drain in approx.

                                8 hours.

                                Shortly before serving in pan with thick soil, heat butter.

                                Carefully pour caramel sauce over it and let it harden.
