Directions

  1. Cut the cake in half into 2 equal blocks. Put them together on a scale so that you have a square cake. Cut this square cake horizontally. Remove the upper parts and brush the bottom parts with jam.
  2. Stick the upper parts back on. From the top, gradually cut the corners of the cake into a round shape. You now have the basis of the body.
  3. Heat the glaze according to the instructions on the package and pour part of it over the cake. Smooth out the glaze evenly. Cut off a small piece of the side of 2 muffins. Put them with the cut side down against the against the body of the rabbit. Press them firmly into the glaze: these are the legs. Place 1 marshmallow on top of each leg.
  4. Press the third muffin with the bottom as a tail on the body, in the middle above the legs. Press firmly into the glaze.
  5. Now also brush the paws and the tail with the glaze and sprinkle the whole cake generously with coconut.
  6. Roll out the marzipan and cut or cut 2 rounds. Brush them with a little glaze and stick them as soles on the underside of the legs. Stick or cut 6 smaller circles from the marzipan and brush them with a drop of glaze. Press 3 small circles per leg under the large circle. These are the toes.
  7. Cut 2 flap ears from the pink paper. Brush them with a little glaze and stick them against the tenderloin at the top.
