Moroccan meal soup
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder (djahé)
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 stem celery
Heat the oil and fry the onion for about 5 minutes.
Add the spices and celery and fruit for another minute.
Add the tomato paste, tomato cubes and beef broth with meat and let the soup boil. Leave to simmer gently for about 15 minutes with lid half on the pan.
Add the lentils and fresh herbs and let it heat for another 5 minutes. Season the soup with salt and freshly ground pepper and a little olive oil.
