Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan on a low stand with the olive oil with the garlic and tomato puree. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder and paprika powder and fry for a few minutes, stirring.
  2. Add the sambal and let this mixture cool down. Stir in the mayonnaise and season to taste with some lemon juice.
