Salad with ginger-coconut dressing
A nice thai recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, red pepper, santen (bag of 30 g), ginger root, garlic, dark brown caster sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, cucumber, bean sprouts, carrot julienne (bag) and coriander.

Remove seeds from the pepper and cut as desired. Bring water to the boil in 1 liter water. while stirring in it. Take a pan of fire. Peel the ginger and grate over fine. Peel the garlic and press it over it. Add pepper steaks and caster sugar, season to taste with fish sauce and lime juice. Let cool. Peel cucumber and halve in length. Peel out the seeds with teaspoon, cut the cucumber into thin slices.
