Hawaii rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, rice, red pepper, onion, tuna naturel (a 200 g), pineapple pieces in heavy syrup (567 g), parsley, thyme, oil, tomato puree (140 g), salt and pepper, grated mature cheese (bag) and butter to grease.

Cook rice according to instructions. Scent the pepper, clean and cut into cubes. Peel and chop onions. Drain the tuna and remove with fork. Drain pineapple pieces, keep 1/2 dl juice separate. Remove stalks of parsley, spread thigh leaves of twigs. Chop herbs.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry glass onions. Add tomato paste and fry for 1 minute. Add pineapple juice and a few tablespoons of water until smooth sauce is formed. Add tuna, paprika, fresh herbs and rice. Season with salt and pepper.

Grease the baking dish. Make half of the rice mixture in a bowl, spread over the bottom. Divide half of pineapple and sprinkle with half of grated cheese. Make another layer. Store covered until used.
