Sajoer of beans, bean sprouts and tofu
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tofu naturel (375 g), oil, onion (chopped), boemboe for sajo beans (95 g), green beans, bean sprouts (125 g) and white rice (bag a 1 kg).

Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onion until golden brown. Add the bowl of Bumbu spice and 200 ml of water and bring to the boil. Add the tofu and the green beans, cover the wok and cook the beans for about 15 minutes. In the end, put the bean sprouts through.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Serve the rice with the sajur.
