Fish in orange sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, quick-boiled rice (400 g), red onions, garlic, green peppers, green olives without pip (a 240 g), butter or margarine, fresh orange juice (bottle of 500 ml) and cod fillet (a ca 250 g).

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Peel and chop onions and garlic.

Sweet pepper, clean and shred.

Halve olives.
