Broccoli, chicken and cheese sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (slightly crumbly), olive oil, cumin seeds, chicken breast, broccoli (in florets) and cheese sauce (44 g).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters and boil for about 10 minutes in water with salt. Drain and put them in the baking dish. Sprinkle with 3 tbsp oil and bake the potatoes in the oven in 20 min. Golden brown.

Meanwhile, roast the cumin seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan. Heat the rest of the oil in the same pan, sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes until done. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in 8 minutes until al dente. Prepare the cheese sauce according to the instructions on the packaging. Pour the cheese sauce over the broccoli and sprinkle with the cumin seeds. Cut the chicken into slices and spread with the potatoes over 4 plates. Serve with the broccoli.
