Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large soup pot and fry the onions light brown. Add the carrot, bell peppers, garlic and spices and stir fry for a few more minutes.
  2. Add the tomato cubes, the stock with meat and the stock cube and bring to the boil. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes on low setting.
  3. Prepare the minced meat with the meatballs and turn them into balls.
  4. Stir the balls together with the white beans through the soup and let cook on a low setting for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the soup with the chopped parsley. Tasty with homemade spicy brown bread.
