Potato fish dish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, sugar snaps, extra virgin olive oil with garlic flavor and chilli pepper (250 ml bottle), potato dumplings (450 g), salmon chunks (smoked 200 g), pink prawns (125 g), fresh basil (15 g) and salt and pepper.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean and wash sugar snaps.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Potatoes are baked for about 5 minutes under high heat on regular firing.

Add onions and roast for approx.

2 minutes.

Add sugar snaps and fry approx.

2 minutes.

Add fish and let it warm completely.

Chop the basil coarsely.

Season the dish with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with basil..
