Minestrone with beans
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, smoked bacon (piece), olive oil (a little extra), onion (in half rings), garlic (finely chopped), tomato cubes (400 g), dried rosemary, bay leaves, beef broth tablet, white beans ( 330 g), Dutch (kidney beans (330 g)), chickpeas (400 g) and spinach (300 g).

Cut the breakfast bacon into cubes.

Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the bacon over medium heat 5 minutes.

Add the onion and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, the tomatoes, the rosemary and the bay leaves.

Pour 1 liter of water, add the bouillon tablet and bring to the boil.

Cook for 15 minutes.

Allow the white and brown beans and chickpeas to drain and rinse.

Add them to the soup and cook for another 25 minutes.

Mix in the spinach and let the vegetables cook for 2 minutes.
