Potato dish with breakfast bacon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato slices (700 g), red onions (coarsely chopped), green peppers (in narrow strips), olive oil, chicory (coarsely cut), dairy spread (chives light (150 g)) and smoked breakfast bacon (125 g).

Preheat the oven grill or switch the oven to 250 ° C. Cook the potato slices until done in about 15 minutes.

Fry the onions and peppers in the oil for 3 minutes, add the chicory and stir fry for 3 minutes again. Add the dairy spread and let it melt. Drain the potato slices and scoop them with the vegetables in the pan. Scoop the mixture into the baking dish and cover the dish with the slices of bacon.

Place the dish on a rack on the second shelf under the grill and bake for about 6 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
