Directions

  1. Chop the ginger, garlic and red pepper.
  2. Bring the water to the boil and add the turmeric.
  3. Boil the rice in this water according to the instructions on the package.

  12. Season the tomato sauce.
  13. Serve with wok vegetables and atjar tjampoer.
