Mix the orange juice with the white wine vinegar, the (cooking) cream and possibly the orange liqueur.

Beat well and gradually add oil until the dressing is lightly bound. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the hazelnuts. Delicious with salmon, carrot or chicory salad.
