Start by cooking the green beans in a pan of boiling water. Prepare them according to the instructions on the package.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix with the baby spinach, sprouts, smoked chicken and green beans in a bowl.

Scrape the manchego into slices, keep some behind and add the rest together with the pine nuts to the salad.
