Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the falafel for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the grilled eggplant into pieces.

Take a bowl and first put the chard into it. Then add the grilled eggplant and dried tomatoes.

Mix this together with the sprout vegetables, honny cress and heated falafel. First cut it into pieces.

Finish the salad with the Zaanse garlic dressing. Season with (freshly ground) pepper and possibly salt.
