Melt the chocolate with the milk au bain-marie or 2-3 minutes in the microwave at 400 Watt. Stir well and allow the chocolate to cool slightly.

Beat the egg whites in a fat-free bowl. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Spat the proteins through the melted chocolate. Put half of the whipped cream through.

Divide the heavenly mud over 4 dishes and put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Shave curls of a piece of chocolate. Garnish the dessert with the rest of the whipped cream and the chocolate curls.
