Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate with the milk au bain-marie or 2-3 minutes in the microwave at 400 Watt. Stir well and allow the chocolate to cool slightly.
  2. Beat the egg whites in a fat-free bowl. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Spat the proteins through the melted chocolate. Put half of the whipped cream through.
  3. Divide the heavenly mud over 4 dishes and put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. Shave curls of a piece of chocolate. Garnish the dessert with the rest of the whipped cream and the chocolate curls.
