Directions
-
Clean the orange well under warm running water.
-
Dry the orange and grate the orange skin with a fine grater.
-
Halve the orange and press the halves on a citrus press.
-
Divide half of the cloves over the bottom of the dish.
-
The entire bottom must be covered.
-
Sprinkle a few tablespoons of orange juice over the cloves and let it stand for a moment.
-
In the bowl, beat the whipped cream with the hand mixer so stiffly that it will show you deep traces of it.
-
Fold the vanilla pancake spoon through the cream until all is well mixed.
-
Stir the orange zest through the mixture.
-
Put half of the curd mixture on the cloves in the dish and spread the mixture over the whole dish.
-
Spread the rest of the cloves over the curd in the dish and sprinkle again a few tablespoons of orange juice.
-
Spread the rest of the curd mixture over this layer of cloves.
-
Cover the dish with cling film and make sure the foil does not touch the curd layer.
-
Put the dish in the refrigerator and let the tiramisu firm in three to four hours.
-
Remove the dish from the refrigerator just before serving.
-
Put the cocoa in a sieve.
-
Dust the tiramisu with cocoa by moving the sieve above the tiramisu evenly back and forth.
-
Garnish with the chocolate spice notes.
