Herring in dill sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, baby potatoes (duobac 700 g), salt, green beans (a 250 g), herring pegs (a 2 pieces), fresh vegetables (a 15 g), butter or margarine and crème fraîche (a 125 ml).

Cook the potatoes with a little salt.

Mix the beans with salt in approx.

7 minutes.

Remove herrings from pigtails and cut them into slits.

Dill finely.

Heat the butter and fry about 1 minute (out of packs).

Heat crème fraîche.
-
Add herring and dill and warm it up.
-
Season the sauce with salt if necessary.
-
Mix green beans with onions and season with salt.

Serving herring in cream sauce with baby potatoes and green beans..
