Cut the ham into strips. Beat the eggs with milk, pepper and salt. Mix in the ham and cheese.

Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the omelettes. Keep the omelettes warm. Heat the rest of the butter in another frying pan.

Fry the potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Prepare the vegetables according to the instructions on the packaging.

Put the omelettes on plates. Divide the vegetables over the omelets and fold double. Serve with baby potatoes and yogonaise.
