Hois noodles with seasoned minced beef, broccoli, bok choy and red pepper.

Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stem and cut into slices.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Add the broccoli after 2 minutes. Drain.

Meanwhile, peel the ginger and cut finely. Slice the garlic.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper, halve in length, remove the seeds with a sharp knife and cut the flesh finely.

Cut the bok choy into strips.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the mince with the ginger, garlic, red pepper, 5-spice powder and salt if necessary in 3 min.

Add the paksoi and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Mix the noodles and broccoli with the hoisin sauce and spread over the bowls. Divide the minced meat over it.
