Directions

  1. In a pan with a thick bottom, beat the eggs with a whisk and beat the sugar, custard powder or cornstarch and cocoa in succession.
  2. Continue to beat until everything is mixed well and no lumps are visible.
  3. Then beat the milk through it and ensure that the egg mixture is completely absorbed in the milk.
  4. Bring the milk mixture to medium-high heat while stirring with a wooden spoon. Stir well along the edges and over the bottom.
  5. Let the custard gently simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
  6. Allow the custard to cool and stir regularly.
  7. Put the cooled custard into bowls and crumble the goose feet above.
