Homemade cranberry jelly with fresh fruit
A nice jelly made with raspberries, blueberries, cranberry drinks and a few leaves of gelatine.

Directions

Divide the raspberries and blueberries over the glasses.

Heat the fruit juice in a saucepan, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.

Meanwhile, soak the gelatine in cold water for 3 minutes. Squeeze well and add to the cranberry juice.

Allow to cool slightly and pour into the glasses. Let stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
