Homemade hazelnut paste
Prepare all ingredients.
Roast the hazelnuts in a dry, hot frying pan or in the oven.
Grind to a powder the roasted hazelnuts in a food processor.
Add the cocoa, condensed milk, powdered sugar and regular milk.
Mix for about 3 minutes until the mixture has the smooth consistency of hazelnut paste.
Keep the hazelnut paste in an airtight container.
