Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Roast the hazelnuts in a dry, hot frying pan or in the oven.
  3. Grind to a powder the roasted hazelnuts in a food processor.
  4. Add the cocoa, condensed milk, powdered sugar and regular milk.
  5. Mix for about 3 minutes until the mixture has the smooth consistency of hazelnut paste.
  6. Keep the hazelnut paste in an airtight container.
