Directions

  1. Prepare the pulp of the avocados with the coriander, shallot, red pepper, lime juice and grater into a coarse guacamole. Cover with foil until use.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  3. Brush the tortilla wraps thinly with oil and sprinkle with salt and coarsely ground pepper.
  4. Cut the tortillas into dots, put them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven in about 10 minutes until lightly browned and crispy.
  5. Serve with the guacamole.
