Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and cut the onions roughly.

Peel the Belle de Boskoop, remove the bell house and cut the flesh into pieces of 1 cm.

Put the potatoes, onion and pieces of goudrenet in a pan and pour so much water that everything is just below.

Sprinkle with salt and bring to the boil. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the smoked sausage according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the sweet apples into cubes of ½ cm.

Drain the potatoes and add the butter and milk. Stamp finely with the puree mash and season with salt and pepper.

Scoop ⅔ of the sweet apples and divide the rest. Put the smoked sausage on it and serve with the mustard.
