Fried redfish with braised sea aster
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, redfish fillets (approx. 150 g), (freshly ground) pepper, salt, butter, mild curry paste, sea aster (vegetables at 150 g) and dry white wine.

Sprinkle redfish fillets with salt and pepper.

Fry 25 g of butter in frying pan and stir in curry paste.

Redfish fillets in curry in approx.
-
8 minutes golden brown and cooked through, halfway turning.

In the colander sea aster well rinse and drain.

Heat in half of butter.
-
Sea star and wine through it.
-
Sea star in about 3 minutes covered until smothered, occasionally shovel.

Season with pepper.

Stir in the rest of the butter from the heat.

Place four redfish fillets on four plates.

Place a sea star on each redfish fillet.

Fry the curry butter from a frying pan around it.

Serve with cooked new potatoes..
