Shells with celery-tuna sauce

Chop the onion, cut the celery into bows and keep it green and squeeze the garlic.

Boil the shell macaroni in water with salt, according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water from the cans of tuna.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.

Add the celery, the pasta sauce and the garlic and bring the sauce to the boil while stirring.

Stew the celery for 5 minutes, scoop occasionally. Scoop the tuna through the sauce and continue to heat the sauce.

Spoon the shell macaroni into 4 deep plates, divide the celery-tuna sauce over it. Cut the celery green fine and sprinkle over the dish.
