Spicy Italian pasta salad
Italian salad with farfalle, garlic, paprika, tomatoes, green peppers, cheese and mixed iceberg lettuce.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Rinse with cold water and let drain well. Peel and chop the garlic. Clean the peppers and cut into small pieces.

Heat the oil, garlic and paprika gently in a frying pan. Wash the tomatoes. Cut the stalks of the peppers. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into pieces. Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Spoon the pasta, garlic, pepper, tomato, pepper and cheese together in a pan. Season with pepper and salt. Spread the lettuce on a flat dish and pour the pasta salad on it. Drizzle with the rest of the oil and freshly ground pepper.
