Wash the pear and cut into quarters. Remove the core and cut the flesh into 2 cm cubes.

Halve the mango pieces. Squeeze out the lime. Mix 0.5 tbsp per person of the lime juice with the mango and pear.

Spread the hüttenkäse, fruit salad and blueberries over deep plates and sprinkle the goji berries over it.
