Pancakes vegan made without egg with flour, almond milk and oil.

Directions

  1. Mix the flour and the baking powder. Add the milk, oil, sugar, cinnamon and any salt and stir with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and bake a ¼ of the batter in 4 min. A golden brown, cooked pancake. Turn halfway.
  3. Remove the pancake from the pan, place on a plate and keep warm under a lid.
  4. Bake the rest of the pancakes as well. Serve with the maple syrup.
