Mix the flour and the baking powder. Add the milk, oil, sugar, cinnamon and any salt and stir with a whisk until smooth.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and bake a ¼ of the batter in 4 min. A golden brown, cooked pancake. Turn halfway.

Remove the pancake from the pan, place on a plate and keep warm under a lid.

Bake the rest of the pancakes as well. Serve with the maple syrup.
