Cut the dried apricots into strips.

Heat the almond drink in a pan. Stir frequently until it is boiled.

Then add the oatmeal while stirring. Turn the heat down and let it thicken for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.

Meanwhile, cut the skin and the white skin of the oranges with a sharp knife and cut out the orange parts between the fleece.

Chop the almonds coarsely.

Spread the oatmeal, orange, apricots and almonds over the plates. Serve immediately.
