A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: pears, butter or margarine, sugar, crème fraîche (125 ml), almond essence (bottle of 24 ml) and vanilla ice cream.

Directions

  1. Peel the pears and cut into wedges.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and bake for approx.
  3. 3 minutes.
  4. Suffer sugar for about 1 minute and let it caramelise.
  5. Add crème fraîche and almond essence carefully to the pear and heat through.
  6. Divide ice into four plates.
  7. Distribute warm sauce over ice..
