Ice cream with pear in creamy sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: pears, butter or margarine, sugar, crème fraîche (125 ml), almond essence (bottle of 24 ml) and vanilla ice cream.
Peel the pears and cut into wedges.
Heat butter in a pan and bake for approx.
Suffer sugar for about 1 minute and let it caramelise.
Add crème fraîche and almond essence carefully to the pear and heat through.
Divide ice into four plates.
Distribute warm sauce over ice..
