Leave the ice for 5 minutes so that it becomes softer.

Cut 5 thick slices of 2 cm from the cake and stick out a heart from each slice with the protrusion.

Cover the cake in the heart shape with sorbet ice and carefully remove the mold. Store in freezer until use. Make 4 more ice-creams.

Take the iced hearts from the freezer, garnish with raspberries and serve immediately. Bon appétit! .
