Iceberg lettuce-leek stew with curry and smoked chicken

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in plenty of water with a little salt in 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the leeks into thin rings.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the leek with the curry powder in 3-4 minutes until al dente.
  4. Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips.
  5. Cut half of the chicken fillet into cubes and cut the other chicken fillet into thin slices.
  6. Drain the potatoes, crush them and stir them with the milk to a smooth puree.
  7. Spoon three-quarters of the pre-mix through the mash and add the slares and the chicken cubes while stirring hand by hand.
  8. Warm the stew for a moment and let the salad slightly shrink.
  9. Serve the stew in deep plates.
  10. Garnish with the remaining leeks and the slices of smoked chicken.
