Burger and cauliflower salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid, scalded and in pieces), olive oil, skimmed (beefburgers (scale 225 g)), cauliflower (in florets), white wine vinegar and coarse mustard.

Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the beefburgers according to the instructions on the package. Times regularly. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil. Fry the potatoes in the shortening of the burgers.

Meanwhile, cook the cauliflower florets in water with salt in 6 minutes until al dente. Rinse the cauliflower under running water. Beat a dressing of the remaining oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper and salt. Scoop the dressing through the cauliflower.

Place the beefburgers on 4 plates and add the cauliflower salad. Serve with the potatoes.
