Chicory with chicken and tomato sauce
Oven dish with paper thin chicken fillet, mozzarella, chicory and basil.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and halve the chicory lengthwise. Remove the hard core.

Boil the praise for 5 minutes in water with salt. Drain.

Pour the pasta sauce into the baking dish. Remove the leaves of basil from the twigs and divide half of the basil.

Put the chicory in the sauce and arrange the chicken breast slices in between.
