Icecream of tea, apple and ginger
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: green tea (pack of 20 bags of 1 cup), fresh ginger, liquid honey, lemon (squeezed) and apple (Granny Smith).

Pour 500 ml of boiling water in a teapot and let stand for 5 minutes.

Let the green tea together with a few slices of fresh ginger for about 3 minutes.

Add the liquid honey and the lemon juice.

Allow to cool down and remove the bags and the ginger.

Cut 6 wafer-thin slices of the apple.

Divide the apple slices over the ice cream cups and fill with the tea.

Put in the freezer and let it freeze in about 5 hours..
