A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: green tea (pack of 20 bags of 1 cup), fresh ginger, liquid honey, lemon (squeezed) and apple (Granny Smith).

Directions

  1. Pour 500 ml of boiling water in a teapot and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Let the green tea together with a few slices of fresh ginger for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the liquid honey and the lemon juice.
  4. Allow to cool down and remove the bags and the ginger.
  5. Cut 6 wafer-thin slices of the apple.
  6. Divide the apple slices over the ice cream cups and fill with the tea.
  7. Put in the freezer and let it freeze in about 5 hours..
