Indian baigan bhajee


A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: sunflower oil, onion (finely chopped), potatoes (in small cubes), roma tomatoes ((a 750 g), in small cubes), aubergine (in small cubes), garam masala (pot a 65 g ), ground mustard seeds, naan bread, fresh coriander ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
  2. Add the potato cubes and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the cubes of tomato and eggplant and season everything with the garam masala, mustard seed and salt.
  4. Let the whole with the lid tilted on the pan in 15-20 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, prepare the flat bread according to the instructions on the packaging.
  6. Sprinkle the baigan bhajee with coriander and serve with the flat bread..
