Indian cauliflower curry
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cauliflower (in florets), oil, onion (chopped), curry paste (jar 283 g), coconut milk (200 ml), sour cream (125 ml) and fresh coriander (15 g).
Cook the cauliflower florets in water with salt for 5 minutes.
Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion cuttings approx.
Add the curry paste and the coconut milk.
Stir until a smooth sauce.
Add the cauliflower and simmer for 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with the sour cream and coriander..
