Haricotsvert bundles wrapped in pancetta
Handy and tasty: with pancetta you can make the haricots into bundles.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Bring a pot of water to the boil. In the meantime, remove the stems from the haricots verts.

Add the haricots verts to the boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and let drain well.

Divide the haricot verts into 8 equal portions. Make a bundle of each portion and wrap a slice of pancetta around it.

Divide the bundles over the baking dish, season with (freshly ground) pepper and bake for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.
